PALM GARDENS One bedroom apartment with a balcony and undisturbed stunning views over the village, is located in Makindye - Lukuli near kansanga and kabalagala the suburbs of Kampala Capital city, Palm gardens has easy transport access to the Kampala city in 20 minutes. with some local grocery shops, restaurants, hair salons and a food market in 2 minutes walk. they are some Neigbouring towns Kansanga and Kabalagala with lots of shops, hair salons, message and sauna spas, restaurants/bars and night life, you can use public transport, taxis or walk [20-30 minutes] to kansanga and kabalagala. its 20 minutes drive to munyonyo resort beach with a 5 star world class hotel.

I would definitely recommend palm gardens because: 1. Secure location 2. Access road is good 3. Supermarket is close 4. Whatever I needed to make me feel at home was available 5. The bed is so comfortable I slept like a baby 6. Friendly neighbours...More

Refundable breakages deposit of $100 for 7 nights or over and $50 for stay of 4 nights and under to be paid on arrival and to be refunded on depature subject to satisfactory of property inspection.

20% deposit of rental fee is required to secure the booking and no time limit so long as the payment is done before starting using the apartment.

PALM GARDENS is situated in the heart of the village and the 2nd floor apartment with a balcony gives you the undisturbed stunning views over the village, they are some local shops, hair salons, restaurants,and a market. PALM GARDENS is near the main road with easy access of public transport and taxes are phone call away.
Munyonyo resort beach is 20 minutes drive away with a 5 star world class hotel. they is neighbouring towns, Kansanga and Kabalagala accessible in 5/7 minutes drive or 20/30 minutes walk, with lots of shops, message and sauna spas, hair salons, restaurants/bars and night life.
Kampala city is 20 minutes drive. Having a car makes life easier but also public transport is available.

Airport: Entebbe: 21.0 km
From the main Entebbe airport or Kampala the capital city and its suburbs, its a free pick up to the apartment. If you would like to be picked up you can make a request when or ofter booking.

I recommend to use a taxi or to be picked up by the representative.

PALM GARDENS is just opposite Nanganda primary school near Nanganda town centre on Church road immediately off Lukuli road the main road. the house has a very big clock as you can see in the picture and the clock is well known in the area.
