Welcome to the Yavapai house in Avondale Arizona. This is a great two story house with a loft upstairs, The design is unique with the master suite being downstairs and the two additional bedrooms upstairs. We enjoyed our stay at Yavapai. It is in a nice neighborhood and close to many of the places we like to visit during our annual trips to PHX for Spring Training. The house is set up with a kitchen, living area and master downstairs...More

About the neighbourhood
Fieldcrest Subdivision is a little more than 15 years old and is 100% 2 story houses, we have a nice community park with a very large grassy area for throwing Frisbee or kicking a soccer ball around, also you can see in the pictures a lovely pool area with a BBQ (only open May - October) year round sand volleyball court and basketball court and some new updated playground equipment, I am at the far end of the subdivision so its a 10 minute walk to get there, so no noise where I am at. also there are only 2 ways in and out of the subdivision and I am in an area where those roads do not pass by the house so there are not a lot of car traffic going by the house
How to get there
I-10 to Avondale Blvd. Exit Go South for 2 Miles until MC85 turn Left at Pima and take the immediate Left Turn again (100 Yards) and an Immediate Right at the stop sign (Yavapai St.) I am the last house on the left.
