Condo/Apartment -
2 Bedrooms , 1 Bathroom , Sleeps 6
Budapest, Central Hungary
This is our second apartment in real downtown (50m from Deák Ferenc Sqr or 30m from the Basilique). Please check our other apartment and its reviews to be sure you're not mistaken. :)

We've started to rent out our second home in the very heart of the city last november. Prime location, 30 meters from the Basilique and the middle of the city (Deák Ferenc Sqr.) It is a stylish 2-bedroom luxury apartment on the 2nd floor of a historic building of Budapest real downtown. Andrássy Avenue is at the corner of our street with the Opera House, the Music Academy or Liszt Ferenc Square. It has lots of natural light, high ceilings, wooden floor...

About the neighbourhood
The neighbourhood Terézváros (6th district) is the most cosmopolitan quarter of Budapest. Very central and known for its cultural life, it is a district where locals live with places to eat and drink... not so touristy. I think it is one of the most colourful and exciting areas of Budapest.
There are two different Worlds: the elegant Andrássy avenue the Hungarian Champs-Élysées and the trendy, exciting Jewish quarter with the ruin bars, cafés and restaurants.
Interesting design shops, boutiques, art galleries, lots of nice cafés, restaurants and pubs are all within walking distance.
I think there is no need to use public transport because of the central location of the flat. But if you wish to use there is an easy access to all Metro lines and many bus/tram lines. Closest metro station is...
Car not needed
How to get there
Airport: By taxi it is the most convenient and easiest way to reach us. It takes about 30 minutes and costs about 25 euros one way.
If you wish to use public transport, you need to take a bus and then change to the metro, it takes about 1 hour.
