About the neighbourhood
Erzsébetváros (Elizabethtown) is the 7th district of Budapest, situated on the Pest side of the Danube. The inner half of the district was the historic Jewish quarter of Pest. The Dohány Street Synagogue, the largest functioning synagogue in Europe.
10 minutes to reach Varosliget park, its main entrance is Heroes' Square (Hősök tere), one of Hungary's World Heritage sites. The famous Schezenyi baths and Budapest zoo are in this city park too.
The neighborhood Pest offer a wide array of sights, landmarks, museums, shops, as well as places to eat and entertain.
Budapest is very well served by its public transport network. Its subways, trams and buses have the added advantage of being inexpensive and fast enough.
Public transports: The apartment is at 3 minutes walk away Keleti Palyaudvar station (metro M2 and M4, tram, buses and night buses. You can get to Budapest Keleti Train Station from Prague, Vienna and Salzburg.
Car: You will find a street parking in front of the building but there is a charge for parking between 8 am and 6 pm on working days. There is only free parking throughout Budapest on weekends.

The 200E airport bus is running beetween Ferihegy 1, 2A, 2B terminals and Kőbánya-Kispest M3 metro station. You change at Kalvin Ter station to take the metro M4 to Bosnyak Ter you will stop at Keleti Palyaudvar and walk 3 minutes up to the apartment.
