Wonderful Unique experience!!!
This cottage fulfilled all my requirements for a Holiday. For me a Holiday means full family time with Nature out of the busy city life.
First morning we woke up early and when we saw the view it was unbelievable, this place is surrounded with mountains and valley, the location is also unique in terms of maximum visibility, we went for tracking to the top of the mountain and on the way tasted apples, peer & peach directly from the trees. In fact the property has it's own trees & flowers developed.
We all enjoyed the greenery, clouds which were travelling throughout day around the area, weather was awesome.
The cottage is built in such a way that it is very spacious and the lawn, lighting & greenery around makes it more beautiful.
We took many pictures but honestly it is not possible to capture the real 360 degree view.
Me and my family liked the peaceful & comfortable stay very much, so it was full paisa wasool !!!

Complete peace of Mind
I visited recently with my family and stayed there. The place is very peaceful and extremely beautiful surrounded by scenic beauty. Rooms are very spacious and has sufficient space for two or three families. Furniture and other amenities like wifi, kitchen, beds, surroundings everything is top class. Indeed its a complete peace of mind and and enjoyable place with your family and friends.

Second dream home stay feeling
It is one of the best place I have stayed so far during my unexplored wandering travel list. In the lap of nature feels like or rather I would say encourage one to have a dream home like this!! Beautiful serenity of mountains, greenery, peaceful, Blue sky, with local birds soothing sound and sun rays radiating warmth… The entire property is built with heart and excellent engineering with the best selected location to relax and enjoy time with family and friends.
The road too is amazing and even the near by locations are beautiful to explore during a short or a longer stay… And cherry on top, Mr. Verma ji, gem of a person with an excellent arrangement for everything, loved the homely cooked food by the caretaker…and the list is never ending. Me and my Brother In law ride the bikes to explore the place and personally enjoyed every single moment spent there, I have actually gathered some mystical memories treasured for life!!

It is a 7-hour non-stop drive from New Delhi.
You drive through Hapur bypass, Moradabad, Rampur, Rudrapur, Haldwani, Kathgodam, Nainital, Bhowali, Ramgarh, and Nathuakhan. When reached Nathuakhan, take a right turn from Gas Agency just before the Nathuakhan Market. Drive for 2 KMs to reach the Villa.
