A beautiful house, comfortable clean and lovely to spend time in. Modern and very beachy design. Near the beach so nice for walks. You will need a car for visiting tourist location

Absolutely beautiful home, very conducive to relaxing. Kitchen and pantry really well equipped, and some books, colouring, balls and games provided. The wonderful neighbours across the road gave us their old paddling pool for the kids! The only things to be aware of are that there is no wifi (a bit inconvenient for our international friends, who relied on it...

Cannot recommend this Casa highly enough. Just by stepping inside it seems like your holiday has started. The perfect getaway for family or friends. Great layout to ensure everyone has space to relax and enjoy. Hear the waves - watch the sunset. Would stay again and again without hesitation.

About the neighbourhood
The Falcon area is situated at the narrowest point between the Indian Ocean and the Peel Estuary waterway. Nearby Boat Ramps provide access to the Ocean, the Estuary and a network of canals.
Falcon Bay is within easy walking distance (1km South) from the house and offers safe sheltered swimming, a playground and a Café that serves up a great breakfast. There is another scenic beach walk North to 'Spill the Beans Café' that serves great coffee and good meals. (2.5km)
Downtown Mandurah is worth a visit with many waterside activities - Cinema, Bars, Shops, Restaurants, Foreshore Playground.
Getting around
Supermarkets and Take-away outlets are located at the Miami Shopping Complex just a 2min drive away. This includes a 7 day Grocery Store, Restaurants including 'The Cobblers Tavern' and the usual Fast Food Outlets (McDonalds, KFC, Wok in a Box & Eagle Boys Pizza)
World Class Golf Course is 10 mins drive away and Bus route is on Leander St should you wish to visit the town of Mandurah or catch the train to spend the day in Perth Capital City.
