Platypus Cottage is situated on a 100 acre working farm just 2.5 km from the centre of Tumut. Secluded & private, yet also within walking distance of town makes Platypus the perfect place for that special getaway. Just imagine relaxing on the huge timber deck overlooking the river with cattle & horses roaming the paddocks surrounding the cottage.The property has 1/2 km of private frontage onto the Tumut River & has some of the best trout fishing in the area.
