Lower Level The spacious kitchen seamlessly flows into the lounge and dining area, creating the perfect space for relaxation and socialising. Large windows fill the space with natural light, and sliding doors lead you to a sunny deck, ideal for morning coffee or evening gatherings. Enjoy the best of indoor-outdoor living in a secluded setting. The lower level also has a toilet off the lounge area, and a well equipped laundry with washing machine. Upper level: Bedroom 1: Queen bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite Bedroom 2: Queen bed, wardrobe Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds, wardrobe Full bathroom with bath and shower. Sun filled desk/office area for people on a working holiday. Superorange has a double garage with space for two cars which guests are welcome to use. Superorange shares a driveway with 69 Kerr Street which must remain clear for access to both properties. There is parking and garage access at Superorange. Superorange is located in Central Warrnambool and a short walk to the supermarket, good coffee and Warrnambool's CBD. Public transport (bus) is directly out the front on Kerr Street. No smoking or pets please. We appreciate your shoes off inside for the convenience of all future guests. Barbeque cleaning - A $50 fee will be charged if the barbeque is left not cleaned before departure. 6 Guest limit - Additional guests (including 0-2 years old) require approval from the host prior to booking. On host approval, each additional guest will incur a fee of $55 per person per day.
