It is within easy walking distance from both the beach and the city centre. The unit has an open plan living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast supplies are provided. There is a separate laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. The bathroom with separate shower and double spa bath.There is a sperate toilet. The unit will comfortably accommodate up to four adults and a fifth bed is available via a fold out couch in the lounge room. The maximum number of guests we can accommodate is 6. The unit as an efficient gas heater and two split system heater/cooling units. The rear yard is fully enclosed and safe for small chidren. There is an outdoor dining area with barbeque and garden setting.The unit has a car port and there is secure parking for two vehicles.
