Interaction with guests
Dear Guest, We like to be there when you arrive but just incase we have key access 24 hours a day by way of a small wall safe adjacent to the door. We ask for a mobile number so we can send you the code. The Den and The Snug are on the ground floor for those with mobility challenges. This is a family concern and we are available during your stay. We like to know if there are improvements you can think of to help others enjoy their visit and its always real helpful if you find something broken too so we can get it fixed.
