About the neighbourhood
There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, take-aways, hairdressers, bakeries and everyday shops, great pubs and supermarkets on your doorstep. Nearby, the never-ending walking and bike paths wrap around Port Phillip Bay and it's continuous beaches.

To the right you will find Station Pier (where the Spirit of Tasmania and the huge cruise liners dock) and several great sea-side restaurants and hotels, and Beacon Cove. To the left you will find some of the most stunning seaside homes, both historic and trendy, along the walk to St Kilda Point. The trams are a five-minute walk and only take 15 minutes to get into the CBD.
Getting around
Bus stop on your doorstep. Tram stop is five minutes walk away down Graham St and across the little park.
