Woodlands House is a beautiful detached converted Barn, next to the owner's home, in the village of South Clifton, between Lincoln and Newark. With two double bedrooms: the master bedroom on the ground floor plus an additional large bedroom with a double and a single bed upstairs, it sleeps five. There is also a bathroom with a power shower over the bath, a fitted kitchen, sitting room and dining area. The property has underfloor heating. Outside there is plenty of off road parking and also garden. Woodlands House is THE SAME PRICE ALL YEAR ROUND. It benefits from open countryside surrounding it with Lincoln / Newark only 15 mins away.

Really enjoyed staying in great property with lovely feature 's and character. Everything thought about by owners for amenities and very homely touches. Located in picturesque countryside, with local village nearby and access to both Newark and Lincoln. Loved staying and would definitely visit again.

Very clean, warm, comfortable, and peaceful accommodation. (The heated floor was fully appreciated as it was very cold outside!) Friendly owners that gave us plenty of privacy. Lincoln is well worth a visit with it's cathedral and castle, cafe's, and picturesque old town. Highly recommended.More

South Clifton is a quiet village in the countryside. There is a local park. There are shops and pubs, a chip shop and chinese take-away in the nearby (6 miles) village of Collingham. Lincoln Cathedral and Castle quarters are a 20 minute drive. Lincoln Christmas market is held on the 1st weekend of December. Lincoln Showground is a 20 minute drive. Newark Showground is a 15 minute drive. Largest Antiques fair in Europe held every three months at Newark Showground. Newark Market town and Castle are a 20 minute drive. Sundown Adventureland for children is a 15 minute drive. Rand Farm Park is a 20 minute drive. There are numerous fishing lakes and the River Trent in the vicinity. Golf Courses at Torksey, Laughterton, Canwick, Carholme, Thorpe on the Hill.

We do recommend a car for easy access to Newark, Nottingham and Lincoln.

How to get there
Woodlands Barn is located in South Clifton on the A1133 from Newark. Drive into the Northern entrance to the village, Moor Lane and drive past the village hall and houses on the right. Our drive is after the row of houses. We have two large brick gate piers with wooden gates on leading to a long drive. The gate piers have Woodlands Barn on them.
