It has retained many of its original 1880’s characteristics including all of the original beams in the bedrooms. The cottage has free view TV and wifi. Downstairs is heated by underfloor heating whilst the bedrooms have thermostatic controlled radiators. The oak flooring in the bedrooms has been recycled from one of the local schools that was being demolished. The cottage looks east so catches the morning sun through its 2 large windows and has views looking out onto its own large enclosed courtyard garden. This cottage used to be used for rearing the young cattle on the farm before they were ready to be turned out in the spring after over wintering in the barn to pasture.More

Cardiff and the Millennium Stadium is 20 miles away by road or you can catch a train at Pyle station. Swansea Bay and the Mumbles is 15 minutes away and if you follow around to the beautiful Gower coast and Rhossili Bay it will take you 45 minutes. If you are feeling adventurous you can go mountain biking in Afan Forest. Or why not go to the Brecon Beacons for a hike.
