Overall a great place to stay. There was no milk or sugar and a four tea bags when we arrived. The floors are uneven and needs new piles but this didn’t ruin our stay. We still loved the property and would definitely stay again. Was a great weekend away. Cheers

Overall it was good, close to the beach and had mostly everything we needed.
Was very cold one night and we had no kindling or axe to make kindling. So ended up buying some to start fireplace.
A pesky mouse had been caught under the sink - I’m glad I found it as it was starting to smell.
But overall was good and appreciated the request to supply a cot and highchair that really helped!

Booked this property for a weekend away to celebrate a friends birthday and it was a lovely place to be. Both the property and neighbourhood were great and it was an all-round peaceful and enjoyable getaway

Great place, everything there needed for good holiday. Really nice table and deck area - lived out there. Beds good, lounge chair/sofas comfy and good appliances. If picky... the floor in main bedroom a bit dodgy and shower could have a bit more oomph but a really nice place for holiday. We would go back. Thanks

First off - Emma and Matthew are friendly, welcoming hosts who are great communicators. The house & property are well-presented yet relaxed and had all the kitchen amenities for preparing and serving Christmas lunch which was a huge help. Great location - easy walk for us to have a drink & ice cream at the local on Christmas Eve. Sat outside on Boxing Day with friends and had a lovely time catching up on the deck. Would love to stay again if we can! Thanks very much :)
