We live on-site in the main farmhouse, the cottage is ready and open for guests to enter at the normal check-in time. Guests are welcome to contact us if they have any special needs i.e. later check-in time. We are happy for guests to call on us if they have any queries.

We stayed for a week here with some friends and had a great time. Why? Well the countryside around was stunning and the old mine close by was interesting.So were the several abandoned cottages...what housing shortage?!! Devils bridge is nearby and so is the narrow...More

Lovely cottage, with great facilities. Very warm welcome and great stay. High recommendation. (Please could the cottage have a potato masher 😉). Would definitely visit again.

We were hoping that this cottage...lovely converted stables...would be good and it didn't disappoint! The place was warm and cosy with a very well appointed kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The open plan kitchen and sitting area made for an excellent place to cook and chat....More

Nestled on the edge of the stunning Cambrian Mountains of Mid Wales. The area is known for its wealth of history and culture and has a great selection of local attractions; the renowned Devil's Bridge waterfalls and Steam Railway, Strata Florida Abbey, Llywernog Silver Lead Mine Experience, Nant yr Arian Mountain biking centre and kite feeding station, Llanrhystud Fantasy Farm Park, Borth Animalarium and the National Library of Wales amongst others. We are 12 miles inland of Aberystwyth - enjoy the best of both coast and country.
How to get there
Most guests require a car as there is no direct public transport. There is a bus service that passes this way from Aberystwyth however it is not a regular service. The nearest train station is at Aberystwyth which is 12 miles/20 minutes away. There is a local taxi service which can be called upon.
