This architect-designed two floors spacious country house with an infinity pool is set in its own fenced and gated grounds with fabulous views over Stafilos Bay across the Aegean to Evia and beyond.There is an infinity private pool 8,5X4m.The nearest neighbor is the owner's house 150m away.The house is surrounded by almond and olive trees and you are free to walk over the private grounds. It is reached from the main road of Skopelos through a 500m long rural road through the forest.The nearest beach and tavern is 700m away. My place is good for couples, families, nature lovers. The property is set within a Natura 2000 area, the EU-wide ecological network of conservation areas that aim to maintain and restore endangered habitats and species.
