A large, modern 4 bedroom house in Langley Park, close to Durham City.
A spacious four bedroom property in the small village of Langley Park, close to Durham City.
On entry is a hall way with a door through to the lounge and dining room. The dining room has patio doors out to the rear garden which has decking and garden furniture so that guests can relax outside. At the end of the hall way is the fully equip kitchen, complete with fridge freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. In the kitchen is also a door into the large garage which guests are able to use during their stay. On the first floor is a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, seating area and ensuite shower room. Next to the master bedroom is a family bathroom.
