Amazing location, ideal for a relaxing break in the Cotswolds. Family house (not a holiday chalet) in the middle of Cleeve Common, with gardens and fantastic views over historic, Regency Cheltenham Spa.

Sleeps 7 people easily in 3 double bedrooms and one single. (Additional adults and children may be accommodated by arrangement - please ask). Recently refurbished and well maintained; pets welcome too!

The Cotswold Way passes across Cleeve Common which offers excellent walking, mountain-biking, horse riding or golfing. Cheltenham town centre is 12 minutes by car from the house. Bus service as well as hotels and restaurants/bars are a short walk/drive across the common.

We are available by mobile phone during the stay and may be staying close by, although not always. We understand that visitors often prefer to be left alone after they have arrived so we keep a low profile, unless you contact us. We encourage you to contact us if you have any problems at all - even if you are just looking for a particular type of dish for the oven!

The house is situated 3/4 mile along a bumpy track, in a hamlet of 6 houses. The bus stop located on the A46, at the end of the track, provides links into Cheltenham one way and Broadway and beyond in the other direction. Cheltenham has a National Rail train station and national coach links too. Nearest airports are Bristol and Birmingham, both a little over an hour away (55 miles). Heathrow airport 1hr 45 and East Midlands 1 hr 30. There are three M5 junctions between 5 to 10 miles from house.
