A meet and greet service is provided as well as information pack regarding the cottage and the area on arrival . A welcome pack with local homemade soda bread , jams, butter, tea ,coffee, cereal , orange juice , milk etc is also provided. Kindling for open fire to include fire log, briquettes and coal ready on arrival. Owner can be contacted 24/7 during your stay

Our cottage is ideally located for those wishing to avail of a rural retreat , yet within 20 min drive of the lively town of Dingle, with its abundance of Seafood restaurants , traditional pubs where local food is served and traditional music played nightly,supermarkets ,boat trips etc .Nestled on the foothills of Irelands second highest mountain, Mount Brandon , the cottage is on the Dingle Way walking route and has panoramic views of the Dingle peninsula , The Blasket Islands , The Three Sisters, Ceann Sibéal , The Wild Atlantic Way . Our cottage is in the heart of the West kerry Gaeltacht,Our local pub/restaurant,An Bóthar is a 10min walk .Ballydavid Beach,with TP's Seafood pub, and Muiríoch beach are a 15 minutes drive

Farranfore,Kerry Airportis 70km away . Take Feothanach road at Milltown bridge west of Dingle town .Travel on the R549 for 7.7km. Turn right at the junction marked An Bóthar pub with the signpost marked MountBrandon .
Travel the road for 3.2km approx until you reach An Bóthar pub .Continue on for 550m approx and take a right turn at the cross roads towards the mountain Continue on this country road, keeping to the left, for 1.6 km approx and our Cottage is the last house on the left hand side of the road in the village of Baile na hAbha
