We loved every moment in the cottage, everything was spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable bed, and bed linen's. The view is amazing, we will be returning to this cottage soon.
Hill view cottage was perfect for our week stay. The cottage apartment was beautiful and clean. The view was perfectly lovely and wonderful to wake up to every morning as we used it for "home base" of exploring the area. Easy walk to everything in...More

About the neighbourhood
The cottage is an excellent base for which to explore the splendours of Bath and the Cotswolds.
The National Trust and English Heritage have many houses, gardens and castles in the area. Great Chalfield Manor and The Courts garden in Holt are only three miles away.
The beautiful Lacock village ( a favourite for film and TV producers) for it's picturesque streets and historic houses and cottages is a 20 min drive away and Castle Combe is always worth a visit anytime of year.
Getting around
The cottage is only a 5 min walk to the local station with a 12 min commute to Bath.
The local bus stop is 3 min walk from the cottage and is a 25 min ride into the centre of Bath.
Bradford on Avon has great walking and cycling routes.
