A charming two story house recently fully renovated. the property is situated directly on the shores of the Lac du Bourget, the largest Natural lake in France. It is located within the Village of Conjux with its fishmonger, restaurants, harbour and tennis courts.
The house consists of a large open plan living and dining area, a kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. All the rooms have uninterrupted views onto the lake and the surrounding mountains
Externally, there is a large garden with a sun terrace, a private pontoon and boat launch ramp with direct access to the lake for swimming, sailing, fishing and other water sport activities.

I stayed for a week during summer of 2017 with a group of friends. The interior of the house was clean and modern while also feeling very homely. The terrace was very large with a perfect area for sunbathing to breathtaking views of mountains and the lake. The lake was easily accessible on our doorstep which made swimming in the...

Had one of the best weeks of my life the views are beyond idyllic with a beautifully modern house this place is a paradise that you must go to!
