The two-storey holiday house ERIKA is situated in an idyllic location, on a large, cultivated property surrounded by pine and palm trees and a variety of Mediterranean plants, close to the natural beach of Aghios Nikolaos, with a view of the blue sea. The comfortable holiday house in beautiful hill side location above the sea was renovated in 2010. From the living room you have direct access to the side terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. The roofed terrace serves as summer lounge and is furnished with a large dining table and comfortable garden chairs. On the ground level there is the living/dining room with a nice wood-burning oven and adjacent kitchen area. 4 steps further down there is a second living room with 2 sofas, SAT-TV and fireplace.
