This is perfectly normal and you don't have to have fear about this as these little bugs and animals are more frightened of you than you of them. (: The cottage is located above the beautiful cove, it is equipped with solar cells, and the warm water is heated solely by solar energy. Pet friendly accommodation - only by prior arrangement with us. Property is accessible only by boat. Distance from the nearest place is 4 km. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, lovely terrace with furniture, BBQ spot. Bedroom: 1 x double bed, wardrobe. Additional bed: foldable armchair inside the living room which is suitable for smaller person or a child for up to 1.7 meters tall. Water restrictions in place: - water is necessary to save (ie. shorter closing the faucet when brushing teeth, washing dishes in the sea,...); - we will provide drinkable water; - clients must ensure the purity of water in reservoirs; - capacity of water reservoirs is 30.000 l (max); Energy: - the maximum water consumption is 1050L/week, ie. 150L/day, we can not ensure the filling of the tank during the stay; - the kitchen and the bathroom are a place with hot and cold water using a solar-powered pump; - there is one refrigerator and one freezer; - the house has solar energy 12 and you can charge these devices: mobile phone, laptop, camera, GPS and battery charger etc; - we recommend you to: buy all the supplies beforehand, bring insect repellent, bottled water.More

This stay was just magic! The house has a really beautiful view. It‘s everything there, you just need enough food. We rented a boat for one day, so we could explore the surrounding. The owners of the house were absolutely courteous. We enjoyed everything a...More

It was a hard decision for us whether to write this review or not, since we don’t want to plenty of people to find out about this little heaven of earth that we discovered and enjoyed. We are definitely planing to come back next year...More
