Gorgeous south facing top floor apartment in a small block, located just metres from the ski piste and the extensive network of summer walks.

This bright and modern apartment is arranged on two levels with the living areas and all the bedrooms having double height vaulted ceilings. There are two bedrooms and bathrooms on the entry level and a further bedroom and en-suite bathroom upstairs, along with two further stacking beds in a mezzanine area. The mezzanine area is also equipped with bean bags, a comfy window seat and a large desk (in case you want to bring some work with you). A large south facing balcony offers unparalleled panoramic views over the Chablais valley, 1200m below, and the Swiss and French Alps beyond.

Please note that the rental rate excludes any extra time that may be required to clean the apartment due to the condition in which you have left it (e.g. cleaning a dirty oven, hob, pans, removing stains or cleaning up after pets) as well as replacement of any logs that you have used and not replaced. The rental rate also excludes the mandatory Tourist Tax (taxe de sejour) which is payable direct at the Tourist Office.

Villars is a delightful family friendly dual season resort situated on a south facing plateau 1000m above the Chablais valley. Chic and fun, Villars offers everything you'll need for a wonderful winter sports or relaxing summer holiday with lots to do in the day and plenty of bars and restaurants to visit in the evenings. And don't forget, in winter, children aged up to 9 ski for free.

Barboleuse is a pleasant 2 mile walk, or a short tram ride, from Villars. Place de Barboleuse has two restaurants, a bar / night club, an amazing bakery / tea shop, a well stocked grocery store, two ski rental shops and a tourist centre. There's also an open air ice rink in the winter months. Champ d'Hermines is situated about 300m above Place de Barboleuse.
