All bedrooms have heaters, pine beds and clothes hanging. We supply double and single duvets and pillows but no linen. There are hand and tea towels for the kitchen but no bath towels. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted farmhouse kitchen with cupboards, worktops, a double sink, cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is a range of electrical appliances such as coffee machine, hair drier, iron, etc. The main ground floor room is a dining room/lounge with a Louis 16th Rustique dining room suite equipped for 10 diners, a music center and a range of easy chairs. The feature of this room, and indeed of the house, is the high ceiling, cartwheel lighting and raised hearth with log burning stove. Adjacent to the back door is a toilet and shower room. The second highlight of the house is the roof lounge with spectacular views. It is equipped with CD/DVD player and has two Futons/sofa bed, bringing the absolute maximum accommodation to 10 adults with 2 children and a baby sharing. Whilst the house is fully equipped you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels. The house has a guardian but please bear in mind it is let on a 'Please leave as you would have wished to find' basis More

Interaction with guests
Whilst we don't live in France the house has an English/French speaking guardian who lives close by. She prepares the house prior to your arrival. There is also an English gardener who may pop in if the grass gets too high and weather has stopped him cutting it prior to your arrival. If you are travelling from England we will get all details and keys to you before you go. If travelling from Europe or further afield we will send details by email and liaise over how you get the keys.
