Appartement conforme à la description. Bonne exposition, on profite du soleil le matin et ombre l'après midi. Le store protège bien. Baie vitrée qui s'ouvre totalement, c'est top. Propre, très bien équipé niveau cuisine, bonne literie. L'accès plage est un atout, petits commerces de proximité qui rendent bien service. Pour les vrais courses, il faut prendre la voiture. Propriétaire très disponible et réactive. J'avais été séduite par la proximité plage et le calme annoncé. La résidence est calme mais en saison estivale il faut prendre en compte le camping à proximité et ses animations jusqu'à des 2h du matin et une discothèque pas très loin je pense vu le bruit des basses à supporter jusqu'à 5h du matin (tout fermé cela raisonne dans les murs). L'appartement n'étant pas climatisé, il faut dormir fenêtre ouverte donc dommage de ne pouvoir dormir au bruit des vagues. Le centre est accessible à pied mais pas si proche que cela. Suggestions: mettre à disposition une chaise longue et un jeu de protection oreillers et lit pour laver entre chaque locataire. Idem pour le tapis de bain. Ce serait plus pratique.

Location au top ! belle appartement propre et clai...
Location au top ! belle appartement propre et clair rien à redire tout est parfait bien décoré on se sent comme chez soi en plus on a une belle terrasse vue sur mer à 2 pas de la plage et un emplacement pour la voiture chose très importante et pour finir la propriétaire est tellement gentille et agréable que ça donne envie d'y aller.

Appartement très bien équipé très propre et bien situé. Propriétaires charmants. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir non seulement dans la région, mais si possible dans cette location. Je recommande.

Locarmtion pour une semaine a deux. L´appartement est très acceuillant et largement assez spacieux pour 2. La vue sur la mer de la terrasse est vraiment celle de la photo, et la résidence est calme. La propriétaire est prévenante et prend contact à l´avance pour s´assurer que le séjour se passe bien. Je recommande fortement!

Wir haben die Wohnung zum zweiten Mal gemietet und konnten erneut viele Vorteile genießen (Lage, Aussicht, Sauberkeit, Ruhe ...). Die Vermieterin war bei Bedarf telefonisch zu erreichen. Erneut klappte es nicht, eine DVD abzuspielen, weil die Fernbedienung des DVD-Players nicht zu benutzen war. Auch ein hilfsbereiter Nachbar konnte in diesem Fall nicht helfen. Dessen ungeachtet haben wir aber auf jeden Fall die Absicht, erneut die Wohnung zu mieten und können sie auch vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . L'appartement est agréable, propre, lumineux, belle vue mer. Boulangerie et supérette à proximité. Belle promenade le long de la mer jusqu'au port du cap d' agde.

Terrasse très plaisante Vue imprenable et très agréable sur la mer, verdure et fleurs.Parking un plus. Quartier calme.
