Villa Vera is particularly suitable for those who do not want to give up having all the comforts that the proximity of the sea and the social life of the country have at hand. The proposed apartment is in fact in the historic center of SAN VINCENZO, a few steps from the various shops along the pedestrian street. The sea and the various equipped beaches in the center can be reached in a couple of minutes on foot. The ideal for those who want to forget to use the car leaving it parked in the large private garden that the apartment offers. Conditions : The rent is weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, and the cost varies according to the season and the number of employees (maximum six occupants). Arrivals are expected, unless otherwise agreed, on Saturday between 14.00 and 15.00, while departures by 10.00. Final cleaning of the apartment: € 45 (only in July and August) We accept, if necessary, by giving notice in advance of small pets only.
