Lovely clean apartment, very comfortable with see ...
Lovely clean apartment, very comfortable with see glimpses from the small balcony. Location is perfect for access to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and so was the agent.

This home was exactly what we hoped for-it is nest...
This home was exactly what we hoped for-it is nestled in a quiet area within walking distance to the beach, a great gelato spot, and nice restaurants. The bathrooms have nice amenities, and the kitchen is a perfect amount of space to cook in. We loved eating in the sun room with a balcony-amazing home to be in!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, présents mais toujours discrets, disponibles si nous avions besoin de renseignements.
L'appartement est magnifiquement bien aménagé et confortable, le parc idyllique et la piscine superbement bien entretenue.
Tout est aisément accessible à pied : plages, bars, restaurants, commerces, boutiques, belles promenades, Lerici et San Terenzo, charmante petite petite ville.
C'est un endroit à recommander, quel que soit l'âge des vacanciers.

L'appartement dans la villa est très spacieux, tout confort, très propre, en très bon état. La décoration est très soignée, le cadre est magnifique.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Paola. Nous avons passé deux séjours formidables (2015 et 2016), nous y reviendrons.
Toutes les commodités sont disponibles à proximité (restaurant, supermarchés ...).
Nous conseillons vivement cette location à ceux qui veulent visiter cette superbe région.

Espectacular, sea el apartamento, comodísimo y muy limpio, que el entorno: aún estando a 5 mm a pie de la playa, está completamente aislado del barullo del pueblo y al lado del polideportivo y del campo de golf. Los dueños muy amables, la Sra. Paola entiende muy bien el castellano y eso es de agradecer. Absolutamente recomendable, con y sin niños.
