It is a thoughtfully furnished independent house with an exclusive garden, ideal for two people in a relaxing and elegant setting. - Small living area with kitchenette (kettle, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and induction hot plate). - Double room (TV and safe) - bathroom with shower (hairdryer) - Exclusive garden with porch, ideal for relaxing and eating overlooking the sea and countryside.

the fairy house
E’ piacevole ed ha un sapore antico percorrere un viale alberato che porta all’interno di un campo da golf e trovare una piccolissima casa delle fate indipendente, circondata dal verde, con un giardino recintato ad uso esclusivo con sdraio per prendere il sole e sedie da esterno con un tavolino per fare la prima colazione alla mattina. Molto bella la veranda attrezzata con un tavolo e due sedie che abbiamo utilizzato moltissimo per cenare, dimenticando per qualche tempo lo stress della vita di tutti i giorni, illuminati da un piccolo lampione e da candele, oltre ad un simpatico divanetto e relativo tavolino posizionati a lato. Tutta la casa, in ogni modo, è fatta con un tocco di classe ed arredata con mobili nuovi, con moltissime stoviglie , suppellettili,ammennicoli vari e tutti gli elettrodomestici utili al fine di rendere più piacevole il soggiorno, che fanno trasparire l’anima e tutto l’amore di chi l’ ha arredata. Non mancano i climatizzatori, il riscaldamento a radiatori e l’inevitabile tv in che non sappiamo dire se funzioni perché non la abbiamo mai accesa. Il parcheggio è eccezionalmente comodo e si trova a lato dell’ingresso. Per finire non voglio dilungarmi sulla buona posizione della casina rispetto alla città oppure sulla gentilezza e la pronta disponibilità della signora Elisabetta nel risolvere eventuali problemi perché lo hanno già fatto molti, però voglio sottolineare che è sempre piacevole trattare con persone perbene.

Perfetta per due persone: eleganza e qualità!
Attività appena avviata puntando all’eleganza ed alla qualità in un contesto di campagna: era tutto nuovissimo, la casa era perfettamente equipaggiata di tutto ciò che serviva con una attenzione ad ogni dettaglio che è raro trovare nelle case vacanza. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti calorosamente ed abbiamo poi trovato persino un bel cesto di frutta! Si tratta di una piccola abitazione, del tutto indipendente, in una tranquillissima campagna ma vicinissima al mare ed alla cittadina. Quindi ottima posizione. Dimensione ideale per due persone considerano che oltre alla camera da letto ed al soggiorno c’è una bella veranda ed un giardino in uso esclusivo e c on delle belle siepi che garantiscono privacy e tranquillità. Dotata di tutto quello che serve (wi fi, TV, cassaforte, kit dei prodotti per il bagno, oltre naturalmente a stoviglie, biancheria e asciugamani, tutto di qualità). Proprio la struttura che cercavamo! Consgliatissimo!!
