It is located in a quiet cul de sac road in the upscale area of South Hills, Cap Estate.

The apartment enjoys seclusion with a private balcony w/ plunge pool and private parking. The balcony enjoys cooling breezes with beautiful views across to the ocean and golf course. The property is very secure with an automatic gated entry and is fully fenced.

My wife and I highly recommend the South Sea House. It can be a little difficult finding the place but once you get your bearings, its perfectly located almost everything you need in St Lucia. South Sea House in the Cap Estate was an excellent choice for our two week tour of Saint Lucia. We stayed once again with Karen and Jerome but this year in apartment 2. This is as well appointed as the others and has every kitchen appliance that you could need. The apartment is located in the quiet, residential upscale area of Cap Estate, on a Cul de Sac road with no through traffic. Several resorts with beaches and full facilities are within 5 minutes drive - Cap Maison and The Landings. The 18 hole championship Golf and Country Club is less than 5 minutes drive and part of the course can be viewed from the apartment. All the facilities of Rodney Bay are less than 10 minutes away. The apartment has its' own parking space located next to the apartment.
