It is located in a quiet cul de sac road in the upscale area of South Hills, Cap Estate. The apartment enjoys seclusion with a private balcony w/ plunge pool and private parking. The balcony enjoys cooling breezes with beautiful views across to the ocean and golf course. The property is very secure with an automatic gated entry and is fully fenced. In addition to private plunge pools in each unit, there is a beautiful infinity edge pool located on the property that is available for guest use . The property is located within walking distance of the Cas en Bas beach, popular with wind surfers and kite surfers due to its' cooling breezes. Away from the main tourist center, this beach provides quiet and relaxing surroundings. All the tourist amenities of Rodney Bay (marina, shops, restaurants, bars, and more beaches) are located less than 10 minutes drive away. Pigeon Island beach is 1 mile away and the Cap Estate Golf and Country Club with its 18 hole championship golf course is only 5 mins drive away. We live on the property so are always on hand to assist guests. In addition our housekeeper works from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is located in the quiet, residential upscale area of Cap Estate, on a Cul de Sac road with no through traffic. Several resorts with beaches and full facilities are within 5 minutes drive - Cap Maison and The Landings. The 18 hole championship Golf and Country Club is less than 5 minutes drive and part of the course can be viewed from the apartment. All the facilities of Rodney Bay are less than 10 minutes away. The apartment has its' own parking space located next to the apartment.
