South Sea House Apartments comprises 3 luxury apartments (two 2 bedroom units and one 1 bedroom) and the owners private residence. It is located in a quiet cul de sac road in the upscale area of South Hills, Cap Estate.

The apartment enjoys seclusion with a private balcony w/ plunge pool and private parking. The balcony enjoys cooling breezes with beautiful views across to the ocean and golf course. The property is very secure with an automatic gated entry and is fully fenced.

The apartment is located in the quiet, residential upscale area of Cap Estate, on a Cul de Sac road with no through traffic. Several resorts with beaches and full facilities are within 5 minutes drive - Cap Maison and The Landings. The 18 hole championship Golf and Country Club is less than 5 minutes drive and part of the course can be viewed from the apartment. All the facilities of Rodney Bay are less than 10 minutes away. The apartment has its' own parking space located next to the apartment.
