Beautiful fully furnished patio villa in the Village of Hemingway. Centrally located with all the amenities. Gas grill, king bed in master, all linens included. Short drive to Sumter Landing, yet near Colony Recreation Center. Colony shopping plaza just minutes away with grocery store, restaurants, golf cart rental, and several banks. Community pool nearby. The enclosed lanai doubles as a screen room to enjoy the breeze, or close it up and it is an additional living room! Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Just pack your clothes and enjoy all The Villages has to offer, such as the 37 Executive golf courses, 12 championship golf courses, 10 recreation centers with billiards, tennis, bocce ball, card games, and more. A wonderful villa, quiet neighborhood, close to any town square.

The villa was built around 2008, but it looks like a brand new home. Nice Florida style furnishing and plenty of kitchen ware. I would come here every year, if I could.
