This beautiful period building is located just a few minutes stroll away from the Tunnels Beaches (one of Devon's premiere wedding venues), bustling harbour, shops and restaurants of Ilfracombe. You can walk to many attractions from this gorgeous holiday home - visit the Tunnels Beaches, hand carved in the 1820's and steeped in Victorian history. Take a walk along the coastal footpaths and admire the rugged scenery. Be sure to visit the impressive bronze ‘Verity' sculpture, which stands 20 metres tall, created by the world famous artist Damien Hirst who also has a lovely cafe and restaurant on the harbour front. Eat at a Michelin starred restaurant, The Olive Room. Enjoy a visit to the theatre or one of the many galleries. There is so much to do in Ilfracombe, or take time to travel just a few miles further afield to one of the stunning surf beaches at Croyde, Saunton or Woolacombe. Booked a table at the last minute whilst on holiday as I had to find a dog friendly place to eat. They accommodated 13 of us no problem and two dogs. Good selection of food and excellent quality. Would definitely recommend.
