Quiet Area but urban location on the south side of Douglas, the capital and hub of the Isle of Man. The airport is about 30 minutes drive away. The bus stops for to/from the airport is only 5 minutes walk from the house. Experience the beauty of the Isle of Man from this perfect base. From here everything you wish to see or do is accessible. Distant Seaview.

The booklet should explain all you need to know about the property, its amenities and the surrounding area too, including useful contacts and numbers. About the neighbourhood
On the southside of town Cooil House is ideally located for a holiday. 20 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to the sea terminal and similar distance to the town centre. Bus stops into town 5/10 minute walk or in the opposite direction to airport.

A couple of minutes walk gets you to the bus stop either into central Douglas or southbound towards Airport Castletown etc

Airport: Ronaldsway: 7.0 km
Railway: Douglas: 2.0 km
Ferry: Douglas: 2.0 km
From the Airport follow the A5 towards Douglas, As you approach Douglas you will pass the large incinerator on the right
After another few minutes you will approach a roundabout on the outskirts of Douglas. Turn left her and Cooil Drive is the third turning on the right looking out for the postbox. 43 is on the left at the third bend.
From your ferry arrival out of sea terminal and turn left, turn left at roundabout and over the bridge, turn right and keep straight about 1 mile till you reach a big roundabout. Straight over towards Foxdale and take third right keeping an eye for the postbox. 43 is on the left side at the third bend. SATNAV IM22HD number 43
