Moray Seaview is a Suffolk coast beach apartment with direct sea views from the main lounge and kitchen and also the master bedroom. It has high ceilings and is bright with modern furniture and decoration and I love sitting on the bay window seat looking out to sea with the binoculars we provide. A self-catering for up to 6-7 (including use of travel cot) apartment on England's most easterly coast within seconds from the blue flag beach. Better than a hotel as you get a whole self contained apartment! We have 3 additional apartment in the same building which can be booked together and therefore combined can sleep up to 5-19 (including travel cot) just ask for details. Within close proximity to all of Pakefield, Lowestoft, Kessingland and Oulton Board attractions. Great walks on the Suffolk coast, close to the broads and also driving distance to many beautiful churches and other East Anglian locations such as Norwich. The property has two bedrooms, one with large double with sea views, a quieter bedroom with two singles and a large sofa bed. We have a cleaning fee of £65 added to each booking. We also have a travel cot and hair chair are available to hire at £45 per stay. Our prices are based on 1-2 persons using the main bedroom, although we can accommodate up to 6-7 for additional costs as above. Although we have a 2 night minimum, we can book single nights although this is slightly more than the 2 night minimum rates quoted on this site to enable us to cover our costs we add £50. Also we are open to quoting for longer stays. Last minute bookings are available and is dependent on us setting up the apartment in time and checking if we can accomodate any special requirements such as late arrival. Book in advance to avoid disappointment. Bookings based on a 2pm arrival and a 10am departure, but we can usual accommodate different times with out meet and greet person(s) then able to show you around, but if you need to arrive late or a time which our meet and greet person can't make then we offer a key safe facility. We lower our prices during gap periods to allow guests to get a great deal when this is available, but please be aware there maybe a min number of days required - just ask and we can give you an accurate price. Subject to availability we can offer a late check out for £35 until no later than 1530 and sometimes early check in again for £35 this helps you extend your stay and get the most out of your time away for minimal cost. Well behaved pets are accepted and there is an additional fee we charge of £35 per pet per stay up to a maximum of 2 pets. Please note the damage/security deposit (usually preauthorised on a card so no monies are taken) is £200 and further for longer stays of over two weeks. As per our terms you are not limited to this if the costs of damage or other costs are greater as per our terms. We cancel this preauthorisation or return the deposit after we have successfully reinspected the apartment as per our terms. For full list of detail on this please read our terms fully. We have a great set of apartments in Suffolk and Hastings, all with uninterrupted sea views and great locations with the beach minutes walk from the apartments. Four are in Suffolk in the same building so we can also accommodate larger groups. We recommend all guests take out adequate travel insurance which includes covid19 cover and recommend StaySure.More

Fabulous stay once again.

We changed rooms this year from 4 to 3 and think it was even better if possible. Great location and everything you could need. Will be back next year if possible.

Outstanding apartments five star

lovely cosy flat with great views and light.

The beach is literally just across the road and this little flat is perfect for a beach holiday or visit to the East coast. Marshes, bird reserves and lovely towns like Southwold and Walberswick aren't far away and Lowestoft beach is a nice family beach.
