Ninesprings Apartment is a fully renovated large bright and airy 2 bedroom flat situated on the fringes of Ninesprings Country Park in Yeovil, yet only 5 minutes walk from the town center. If you are a small group of 1 - 4 people and you're wondering WHERE TO STAY IN YEOVIL, we offer a very realistically priced holiday let (often less than the cost of a B&B) in the heart of our historic town. Come and enjoy our lovely two bedroom flat which we've recently furnished and decorated. Double glazing windows throughout and new boiler system, together with a modern theme adopted in every room. The large bedrooms have generous storage and views overlooking Ninesprings Country Park. Bedroom 1 boasts a double bed; bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Perfect for what we wanted

We booked this to stay whilst we were working in Yeovil over the Christmas period. It was a perfect location and very well looked after. Host answered our questions very promptly and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thankyou

A Perfect Week in Yeovil!

Spent a week here on October and everything was perfect. The location was great and exactly what we hoped for, lots of nearby shops in walking distance. The apartment was also very well maintained and well equipped. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Yeovil!

A nice, roomy apartment in walking distance to shops and near attractions.

An enjoyable stay in a roomy, light apartment with good facilities. Very close to the town center and within driving distance to beach resorts and attractions. Good area for walking.

Great accommodation and location

6 night stay for our sons wedding. Very nice modern flat, in quite block. No traffic noise when front windows closed (double glazed). Well equiped kitchen, large fridge fridge freezer, excellent washing machine/dryer. Comfortable beds, great location within easy walking distance to Yeovil town Center. Short walk to Nine Springs Country Park, which is very pretty. Only improvements would have been some hand soap for bathroom ( we bought some and left it for next visitor) and larger towels- they were excellent quality, but only large hand towels. I would also have liked some table mats to protect table surfaces (just my personal preference). Would definitely stay again if we were visiting Yeovil and would recommend to family and friends.

Brilliant

The apartment was everything it promised, I had no need to call the owner. Loved the big and well equipped kitchen, useful when one has to feed two constantly hungry teenagers. Lovely comfortable sofas in the living room and the shower was the best, if I wasn't mindful of waste I would happily stay under that massive shower for a very long time Very conveniently located, just a 6 minute walk to town center. The owner Stuart was away during our stay but spoke to Stuart's lovely dad to let him know we had checked out. I will definitely be back if they'll have me. N. Sulaiman

Home away from home

We stayed at Ninesprings Apartments for 4 weeks in September 2015 and it was everything that we wanted. It is ideally located for the town centre and local parks. Contact with Stuart, the owner, was always prompt and answered any queries we had. We could find no fault and would recommend it to family and friends.

Spotless clean and all conveniences

Yeovil was our base for visits to places in Somerset. The apartment suited our needs exactly. Very clean. Well set up for three people or two couples. The road out front now closed for road repairs at roundabout so it was very quiet during our stay. Recommended

Perfectly located and spotless apartment in Yeovil

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the laundry machine! It was located within easy walking distance to the city center and was just across the street from the beautiful county park.

The apartment has some nice features but also a few drawbacks. Well equipped kitchen was a real benefit, plus being relatively close to Ninesprings walks. Communications with the owner were good and all went very smoothly. The main issue for us was neighbour and road noise. You could hear every sneeze and couch from the apartment below, plus we had to contend with sharing TV noise from the neighbours. Road noise was very loud in both bedroom and living area. Our sleep was impacted by the sound of cars and lorries for good chunks of the night. Final grumble, someone had decided to place a chair to the side of the front door and smoke. The entrance smelled of stale smoke which was quite off putting. Would we stay there again - no.

Hi Thank you for your review and the kind words regarding the service and the apartment. I will happily address each of your issues I am a little mystified regarding any noisy neighbours as these apartments are always very quiet and respectful. I can only conclude that the person nearby is also visiting and that it was simply bad timing. I can only apologise for this but it is something out of my control. The plastic chair was nothing to do with the apartment, someone must have placed there recently. This has now been removed. Regarding the traffic noise, I’m afraid I cannot concur with your comments regarding this, as you make it sound as if the apartment is next to a motorway. The apartment is ideally situated in the town center and is located road side. However, Yeovil is a quiet country town and I can assure you there are no lorries during the night time and also very few during the day. Although there is some background traffic noise whenever a larger vehicle may pass, this is by no means at an unacceptable level. The apartment is equipped with double glazing therefore I can only assume that you had the windows open hence any traffic noise being amplified. Regards Stuart

About the neighbourhood

Yeovil has been a traditional market town for centuries. Nowadays its bustling streets are lined with a mix of conventional high street stores and independent retailers, selling everything from crafts and clothes to pottery and food, much of it with a distinctive West Country appeal. Alongside the established shops are busy and colourful street markets two days a week and a farmers market once a month. The Quedam shopping centre is attractively designed to reflect a village street and provide a calm, friendly and relaxed environment for the serious shopper. Yeovil boasts two theatres featuring excellent regular productions and an arts centre with a high quality exhibition programme. Call at Yeovil tourist information centre for current details. Other attractions include swimming pools, children's adventure playgrounds, a golf club, ski centre, multi-screen cinema and ten-pin bowling. At the foot of the town is the wooded parkland of Yeovil Country Park, where wonderful peaceful walks can be enjoyed. A few miles away are the unusual Barwick park follies. By train: Trains come into Pen Mill Station and it's 10 minute walk through the country park to the Goldenstones Leisure center. Park Street is next to the Leisure center Trains coming into Yeovil Junction (just out of town) require a 5 minute taxi journey to Park Street, there is a regular bus service. By car: Travelling by car to Yeovil. Park Street is located on the southern edge of the town, next to Ninesprings Country Park and has brown tourism signs directing you. Follow Country Park symbols or Ninesprings. Follow the signs to Goldenstones Leisure center. Park Street is next to the Leisure center
