Once you’ve seen IT you cannot unsee IT. Yes unfortunately owners Phil Jones and Samantha Jones nee Featherstone, I witnessed IT. But wasn’t shocked by it.
Seacrest lodge rental is a shambles. Described as a superb, stunningly immaculate accommodation this, not so modern dormer bungalow, bore little resemblance is what we experienced.
Claiming to employ ‘a professional cleaning team’ who regularly deep cleaned property after every use it appears they never showed up!
We encountered ‘cleaners’ on the day of departure. After going round the property we felt they were satisfied with condition we’d left it in. They advised we take up the diabolical quality of the property with the owners as it was nothing to do with them.
Imagine my response to owner’s allegations of damage to property ‘the cleaners allegedly reported’ but that’s ok ladies as I don’t believe that you did make these outrageous declarations . In fact I have evidence proving you didn’t.
Correspondence with incompetent owners whose incoherent and incomprehensible dialog both verbal and scripted regarding a totally unsafe, poorly maintained dilapidated rental was futile.
Our holiday snaps, video recordings and testimonies aren't what you might expect from a family get together.
I conclude. Avoid this property and other rentals owned by Phil Jones and Samantha Jones nee Featherstone at nearby Clayton bay is my advice.
