2 bedroom self catering house in Baiter Park Poole (sleeps 4/5) has been previously rated with a 4 star rating from the English Tourist Board.

Our house is a few minutes walk from the water front where there are fantastic view across the harbour to Brownsea Island. It is just 10 minutes walk to Poole Quay and the Poole town centre.

The kitchen has - Cooker, Dishwasher, Washer, Fridge, freezer, Microwave etc. The lounge/dining area has two leather sofas (2 and a 3 seater) , a dining table & 4 chairs. A 32' Full HD flat LCD Sony screen colour TV with HD digital freeview and DVD. FREE WiFi BROADBAND

The house has a small south facing conservatory leading from the lounge area with with table & chairs with its own private reserved parking space.

The house is close to the beaches including Sandbanks, Studland Bay and Bournemouth...

Quiet location and very handy to Poole, nice walk into Poole harbour area which we did every night. Toured around and this was a good base and handy to Asda and Sainsbury's - not that we actually did any cooking! Owner responds quickly to any...More

We stayed in Taverner Close and the house has everything you could wish for in a holiday home. There is car parking and only about a 10 minute walk to centre of Poole so great for evening meals out with no-one having to drive! There...More

Winter let from November to March are plus utility bills gas, electricity and water.

CANCELLATION - Cancellations must be confirmed in writing and acknowledged by the owner. If you cancel your booking within eight weeks of the start of the tenancy then the rental charge is payable in full. If the accommodation is re-let a refund of the letting fee will be made to the Hirer less any shortfall in the total value of the booking incurred on the re-letting and less 12% administration charge on the full occupation charge for the period re-let. You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance to cover this eventuality.

COMPTON ACRES - World famous gardens in Poole. Compton Acres was built in 1929 and is a wonderful example of a historic garden in the UK. It is of late Victorian Mixed Style design with seven distinct gardens to wander around and enjoy, including the Italian Garden and the Japanese Garden.

Ferry: Poole: 1.0 km
The house is a 15 minute walk from Poole Railway station and 10 minute walk from the main Poole bus station. If you have cases you may prefer to take a taxi from the station.
The local airports are Bournemouth and Southampton where there are budget airlines flying into. The train station at Southampton is in the same area as the airport and you can catch a direct train to Poole. Bournemouth airport you will need to take a taxi.
You could also fly into one of the London airports, Heathrow is a 1.5 hour car journey, while London Gatwick is approx 2 hours.

The location of our house is such that you do not need a car although there are a number of car hire companies in Poole if needed. You can also hire a car from the airports.
