Beautiful, quiet holiday home right opposite the famous Poole Quay and marina in a Victorian warehouse, which was tastefully renovated in 2005. The flat, which is on the top floor overlooking the marina, is serviced by a lift. Fully fitted kitchen includes dishwasher, a washing machine and and all mod-cons. The master bedroom is en-suite (with shower and underfloor heating) and the main bathroom has a sizeable bath and shower. All of these have recently been refurbished to a excellent standard. The master bedroom has a emperor sized double bed (180cm wide) and the second bedroom has a single bed with a pullout second single bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space, and there is an ironing board available. The seaside walk starts from the steps of this historic building and can take you all the way up to Bournemouth. The views from the kitchen/living room area are unobstructed and open to Brownsea Island and beyond. More

It was a terrific holiday again, Only there was al lot of noice coming from the Pubs below this year. We also had a lot of fun because there was a lot to do on the Quay. Hopefully till next year. Thank you for having...More

Great apartment for our needs. Friendly owner communication and local contact was great as well. We had unusually warm weather while there and they checked on us and even brought us an extra fan during our stay. Equipped with everything we needed. Just as advertised.
