Located just East of the town centre it is ideally located for the main town centre, the business district, the college and university campus as well as the popular Waterfront area. There is a breakfast bar area with two stools. You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack on arrival of basics such as bread/butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper. The large open-plan lounge/dining area has two large sofas and a chair, coffee table, Smart TV and a dining table with chairs to comfortably sit 4 people. Free to air terrestrial channels are provided and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content. Both bedrooms have a double bed, ensuite bathroom (one with shower-over-bath and one with shower cubicle) plus wardrobe and drawer unit. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided. There is a further guest toilet off the internal hallway of the apartment. The building has secure entry via key fob and an internal lift to all floors. The apartment comes with one allocated parking space in the covered car park underneath the building. Please note there is no requirement for a carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas supply to this apartment. Ipswich is Suffolk’s County Town and due to recent and significant regeneration projects, the town is alive and bustling. It has a thriving business district, an excellent cultural and arts scene, a constantly growing food and drink offering, sports and outdoor activities galore, some spectacular coastal, rural and architectural scenery, many places of interest to visit, and not forgetting the impressive history and heritage of the area which dates back to the Anglo-Saxon times. You will not be bored visiting Suffolk! Ipswich has a great transport service network of buses, trains and taxis as well as good access to A12 / A14 arterial roads and is just one hour from both London Stansted and London Southend airports by car, and the train from London Liverpool Street.More

Please leave your shoes by the front door. This apartment is in a residential building, with other apartments above, below and next to this one. As such, please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am. No excessive noise at any time. We offer a complimentary Meet & Greet at a mutually agreed time from 3pm - 8pm. Arrivals after 8pm are subject to availability and at an extra charge. All damages will be charged for, howsoever caused.
