The apartment has been designed so that each bedroom caters for your every need with highest quality beds, flat screen Freesat/DVD TV's, hairdryers and plenty of storage. The bedrooms are located at the opposite ends of the apartment, which gives you privacy if sharing with friends, or allows your children to sleep uninterrupted while you enjoy your evenings.
The modern fitted kitchen is complete with dishwasher and washing machine and the ideal hub to enjoy a family or romantic meal around the solid oak table and leather chairs. The bathroom has also been designed with the highest quality materials and has a bath/shower with rain head attachment.
Parking could not be easier as we provide permits that are just £1 per day. These allow you to park outside the apartment in Wilmington Square and in all the surrounding roads. If you prefer to arrive by train then the station is just a short walk away.

As the property is in a residential apartment block, we cannot allow parties other than a quiet dinner party. We ask that you don’t display any balloons or banners and our neighbours have emergency contact details, should they be disturbed.
If we receive a valid complaint from anyone regarding the noise level during your stay, or behaviour of you or your party, we may ask you to leave immediately, your damage/security deposit and/or any other monies paid to us will be retained.

Eastbourne in Sussex is officially the UKs sunniest spot in the uk and also voted Britains number one holiday-friendly destination. The town centre has a large selection of shops, whilst there are plenty of bars, clubs and restaurants to keep everyone going through the night. Its also a really family friendly resort – to keep the kids entertained, with Treasure Island, Fort Fun plenty of other entertainment, including rides, crazy golf and go-karting, and there are bags of further attractions to visit within the surrounding region.
Staying here gives you the perfect base with Brighton just 27 miles away and Hastings with 1066 country also just 17. London is just 90 mins direct to Vicotoria and many areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty on your doorstep.
The train station is within 10 minutes walk of the apartment and here you can get connections to London, Brighton, Hastings and all across the South Coast.
There is also a bus stop on the sea front, just two minutes walk away and that will take you up to Beachy Head, Seven Sisters and Brighton.
