Families looking for space, comfort and location, location, location look no further! This striking Edwardian, Exclusively Eastbourne house is situated on a leafy street between the town centre and Eastbourne's finest recreational area – Gildredge Park with its playing fields, tennis courts, skate park and children's playground. A multitude of restaurants, theatres and attractions are also on hand and the beach is an easy stroll away. Arlington House is the ideal holiday home for larger families, with three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom upstairs. The master bedroom has a cot in the room – so is ideal for those with a baby – and also has an ensuite bathroom with shower. There are a further two bathrooms upstairs – so no fighting over the shower! Downstairs is a spacious lounge...Families looking for space, comfort and location, location, location look no further! The large, welcoming kitchen has a breakfast table for informal dining and is well equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of pots and pans. The kitchen leads to a large conservatory, splendidly set up as a dining room so guests can enjoy meals while taking in views of the garden. The well maintained garden has a lawned area, lovely flower surrounds, a BBQ for al fresco dining and even a slide for the children. All linen and towels are provided, plus free WiFi and there is driveway parking for one car. This property has a Saturday changeover and is bookable in week blocks in peak season, although flexible arrival dates and shorter stays may be possible out of season and last minute.
