A modern, newly renovated 35 m2 apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 livingroom including kitchen and bathroom in the residential area Nordstrand. It`s sleeps 4 people. 2 people in the bedroom and 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room. The floors of the appartment are heated if you fear the cold norwegian winters. The apartment also has it`s own entrance from the garden. You can easily park your car in the street just outside the apartment. - High speed wi-fi internet connection - Fully equipped kitchen - Dishwasher and washing machine - Towels and bed linen included - Tv and cable-tv - Geneva sound system with radio The house has a large beautiful garden that you can use. Nordstrand is a nice residential area, and very safe and quiet. You can easily walk to 'Nordstrand bad' where you can go for a swim. Shops, restaurants and post office within 6 minutes walk. The tram takes you to the city center in about 20 minutes. The closest tram stop to the apartment is called Ljabru and is only 6 minutes walk away.. We'll provide you with bed linens and towels.

Nice little garden flat
Very friendly hosts and lovely clean tidy garden flat a few minutes walk from the tram direct to the city. We had a very pleasant stay and I would recommend.

Schöne Souterrainwohnung
Wir waren für eine Woche in dieser Souterrainwohnung. Der Empfang war freundlich und uns wurde alles gut erklärt außerdem gab es noch ein kleines Büchlein in dem gute Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung standen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und richtig gut ausgestattet . Aufgrund der Bauart die nun mal in Norwegen, Schweden usw.herrscht sind die Häuser extrem hellhörig , wir haben einfach Ohropax benutzt wenn wir ausschlafen wollten. Die Vermieter sind nicht sehr laut aber wie gesagt es war sehr hellhörig . Man kann in der Nähe Lebensmittel einkaufen und das ist auch zu empfehlen da die Qualität der Restaurants sowie die Preise in Oslo und Umgebung absolut nicht gerechtfertigt sind . Daher waren wir sehr froh das wir in dieser Küche alle Utensilien vorgefunden hatten was wir zum kochen benötigten. Wir bedanken uns für den Aufenthalt es war sehr schön . Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung wenn man zu 2 ist oder als Familie mit kleinen Kindern.

Fantastic place
REally nice and charming flat in the hills around Oslo. The flat is really well equiped what everything you need. Easy commute by tram to downtown Oslo. Everything was perfect, Thanks!

Ideal für Städtetour
Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Appartment mit den netten Gastgebern Linda und John. Das Appartement liegt im Souterrain des Hauses, hat aber keinen "Kellercharakter" und ist schön hell. Die Ausstattung ist neu und vollständig. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Sie liegt nur 5 min von der Straßenbahn entfernt, die einen in 30 min in die City bringt. Alles in allem ein sehr guter Ort, um Oslo zu besuchen. Wir konnten, da wir von dort mit dem Zug für ein paar Tage weiter reisten, unser Auto stehen lassen. Danke dafür!

EXCELLENT HEBERGEMENT
Appartement très confortable, quartier agréable, à peine 5 mn de marche pour atteindre l'arrêt de tram qui vous emmène au centre ville en 20 mn (départ toutes les 5 mn environ); très bon rapport qualité prix, propriétaires accueillants; en bref que du positif!
