Villa Saltus is all about spacious and relaxing living with entertaining in mind. The open plan concept of the home makes it the perfect location for entertaining, whilst still retaining an intimate and cozy vibe. A 10-seat dining table flows on from the open kitchen and formal sitting area, with a large fireplace to keep you warm during the cooler months. Outside, a large wrap around veranda runs off the living dining space, with various breakout areas, where you can fully unwind and appreciate the views across the treetops. Guests can enjoy smaller, more intimate gatherings by the BBQ fire pit in the sunken courtyard, or relax and unwind on the pool deck. The Pool Deck offers an unparalleled luxury experience, featuring a stunning cedar hot tub that invites relaxation under the stars. Guests can rejuvenate in the invigorating Odin ice bath, perfect for a refreshing cooldown, while the cedar barrel sauna provides a serene escape for detoxification and tranquility. On the ground floor guests can choose from a queen bedroom and a bunk room that sleeps four guests. Adjacent to these two rooms is a bathroom with a shower and heated towel rails. A small powder room is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs take your pick of the luxurious king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, or the queen bedroom with an office desk and monitor to plug in your laptop if working remotely during your travels. All bedrooms are equipped with oil heaters for the cooler months. Linen and towels are provided for all guests and laundered at the end of your stay. The bathrooms are supplied with locally made shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash for your convenience. Other amenities include two TV’s with access to free Wi-Fi and streaming services, integrated sound system inside and outside the house, wood fire place, two BBQ facilities (Portable Webber Q and an open fire BBQ) hair dryer/curler, washer and dryer with complementary laundry detergent, wardrobe space in all bedrooms, dishwasher, dishwashing liquid, sponges, tea towels and essential pantry items including olive oil, cooking oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil and baking paper. Around the property you will find plenty of space to unwind, with native plants and trees providing protection and shelter from the seasonal weather as well as providing privacy for you and your guests.
