With spectacular OCEAN VIEWS from the open plan living zone, floor to ceiling glass sliding doors spill onto the large canter levered deck and entertaining terrace, welcoming the outside in, a perfect backdrop where you can relax and enjoy your favourite glass of wine with family and friends. Bespoke furnishings fill the house with comfort for all in mind. In the winter months the underfloor heating is delightfully toasty on your tootsies as well as reverse cycle heating in the living zone for instant warmth. All bedrooms have individual heaters and electric blankets. The large modern, fully equipped GOURMET KITCHEN is designed to ensure that the chef (aka mom or dad) can also take in the views. Nespresso coffee pods and T2 teas are provided free of charge for the perfect morning cuppa. There are two separate guest wings housing 3 extra large bedrooms, all with indulgent kingsize beds and 2 bathrooms providing luxury self contained accommodation perfect for couples, friends and families. Additional single beds can be added to the bedrooms if required, sleeping up to 8 people. CHILDREN AND FAMILIES are well catered for and most welcome, one of these kingsize beds can be separated into two king singles and if required, there are also two additional single beds available. Two port-a-cots and high chairs are available free of charge.
