Many quality cafes and restaurants you will find in 1 km distance, Munkkivuori and more restaurants and cafes in direction to Mannerheimintie Street.
This property is well located to reach Helsinki downtown and several attractions. Seurasaari Open Air Museum, Sibelius Monument and Olympic Stadium can be reached by walking.
If you prefer to hire a City-bike, the rental station is just on the corner. You can register as user in Internet. See: https://www.hsl.fi/en/citybikes
For car owners we will offer a free secure garage in ground floor.

This Finnish apartment was very comfortable and clean. The location was very convenient as it was very close to a tram stop and the grocery store was within the same block. Location was very quiet. I would highly recommend this for your vacation.

Helsinki Holiday
I recently spent a long weekend in this lovely Helsinki home. Access & travel to the Centre was easy using nearby bus stop. There is also a food & drinks supermarket on the doorstep. Owner was quick to reply & gave helpful tips( buy ticket from tram& bus from nearby R Kioski or even from airport). Everything was clean, comfortable & convenient.

Erittäin hyvin varusteltu, hiljainen ja siisti asunto rauhallisella paikalla, hyvien kulkuyhteyksien lähellä. Helsingin keskusta sopivan matkan päässä ja ulkoilureitit välittömässä läheisyydessä. Lämmitetty autotallipaikka iso plussa. Omistaja vastasi viesteihin nopeasti.

Все отлично. Еще бы детский стульчик. Хороший тихий район. Мы с мужем и дети в восторге. Удобные двойные матрасы на кровати и раскладном диване. Ничего не скрипит. Свежо, чисто, и есть все необходимое. Обязательно вернемся сюда вновь.

Heel mooi luxeappartement
De locatie was ideaal, dichtbij centrum, supermarkt op 100 meter. Het appartement voldeed aan alles. Erg gezellig ingericht, goede service dat de bedden al opgemaakt waren, heel schoon. Er was veel aanwezig zoals koffie, thee, doucheschuim, etc. Heel rustig, helemaal geen geluiden gehoord! Met ons vieren konden wij er prima verblijven. Op de slaapbank konden onze dochters heerlijk slapen. Zelfs een eigen parkeerplaats binnen onder het appartement. En erg aardige eigenaar, heel behulpzaam.

Quiet area, even if close to main street and tram line 10. in walking distance you can find several restaurants. We can recommend White Lady in Mannerheimintie-Street and in Munkkiniemi-district the Restaurant Solna, that is more fine-dining. Also takeaway pizzeria, bar, wine shop and K-Supermarket are just on the corner.
In neighbouring elderly home restaurant you can enjoy buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner for a very affordable price.
Getting around
To see the Helsinki area we recommend to by combined HSL-tram/metro/bus ticket for several days. It can be bought using an app.

1.By direct bus line 415 to 'Tilkka' stop, 45 minutes
2. By Circle train to Helsinki Central Railway Station( 35 minutes) and then tram line 10 from stop front of Sokos-department store, 15 minutes to 'Tilkka' stop. Walk down through next house down to Tilkankatu 20 B, 3 minutes.
3. Taxi to Tilkankatu 20, 30 minutes, price about 45 EUR.
