Overview
Condo/Apartment -
1 Bedroom , 1 Bathroom , Sleeps 2
Athens, Attica
Located minutes away from Kolonaki square and Syntagma, our apartment is in a very safe, residential building, moments from museums, fashionable bar-restaurants, stores and amenities. It offers a unique stay in Athens' unique Kolonaki district!!

Our apartment is on the first floor of quiet residential family building with few apartments - it is in excellent condition with high ceilings, wooden floors, am ultra clean bathroom and a small but very functional kitchen. The apartment also offers a very sweet little bedroom balcony, ideal for breakfast or dinner for two.

Its location is superb - moments away from the Benaki Museum (inside a preserved neoclassical manor house) and the Goulandris Museum of Cycladic Art which are two of the finest private collections in the country.
Two smaller museums to be found in Kolonaki are the Muse...

Lovely but very compact apartment in Kolonaki, an upmarket part of Athens, within walking distance of Koloaki Square. The flat was very warm, secure and faced an internal courtyard so was quiet at night. Obliging host/letting agent, who answered all my queries and provided a...More

Smooth process of moving in and moving out. Everything works. Only the blanket for the third person is the 'felty' type. It can't be washed? Otherwise, very satisfied. Thanks, Paris.More

About the neighbourhood
Kolonaki took its name from the old column (kolonaki) which stands in the middle of the square. Until the 1880’s it was a sparsely inhabited area with only few houses. It has lots of green areas and beautiful architecture with dominating neoclassic and modernistic buildings of high standards that give it an aristocratic character. It is considered to be the “aristocratic” district of Athens with many expensive shops, popular coffee houses, busy modern bars and luxurious restaurants. Distances to local attractions: Benaki Museum - 50m Cycladic Art Museum - 50m Syntagma (Constitution Square) Metro station - 400m Lycabetus Hill - 200m Plaka - 650 km Ancient Agora - 800m
