Smoking outside property only, keep noise to a minimum. All rubbish to be removed regularly, particularly on exit and taken to the bins outside the urbanisation (collected daily in Spain by refuse collectors) this is a pest control measure and must be adhered to. A charge of €5 per bag of refuse left in the property may be levied in case on non compliance.

Great location

The apartment was spacious, clean was well situated. It was close to the beach at La Cala and an easy walk into to the fantastic restaurants. We had amazing holiday and would definitely go back.

Very nice

Clean, comfortable and spacious.

La Cala hidden gem

Excellent lodging! Second time we stay there. All suites are updated and fresh. New bed. WIFI. Great value for the money. Right on the beach.

Perfect location, very friendly staff

Located on the beach within walking distance of plenty of excellent restaurants. Pool area is beautiful, spotless and very well attended. We've already booked for 2018.

Full directions from airport to office to collect keys and then on to the apartment will be sent in advance of your travel dates. If you do not want to collect keys from the office and would prefer a meet and greet service at the apartment, It can be arranged for a fee of €35 during office hours or €45 outside of these times. Marlin Global can also organise airport transfers, hire of travel cots/high chairs and we can also supply a welcome pack to be placed in the apartment (in fridge etc) the morning of the guest’s arrival, for a standard price of €40.00. The standard welcome pack has 13 Items in it: - 1 x packet of Tea, 1 x bag of Sugar, 1 x carton of Milk, Toilet Rolls (one in each bathroom), 1 x bottle of water, 1 x packet of Butter, 1 x loaf of Bread, 1 x packet of Ham, 1 x packet ...
