Holiday Rental House
Modern, large end townhouse with enclosed private garden perfect for those with younger children. There is a lockable door into the main community gardens with a tall wall for privacy/safety. The door is opened directly into the community pools (one large and one baby pool), paddle tennis courts, playground area. This area is extremely well maintained. Both pools are fenced off with approx metre high fence for safety. There is plenty of room for spreading out poolside or you can use the pool and then retreat to the privacy of your own garden, the choice is yours! The house has air conditioning throughout. On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen with a side utility room. There is a large living room with a double sofa bed and a dining table and 6 chairs. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player and WIFI internet access. The living area leads on to the front terrace which overlooks the Noria Golf Course's manicured greens and lake with fountain. There is a large outdoor table with chairs and parasol. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower in the bath. Fitted wardrobes with interior drawers. On the first floor there are three further bedrooms. Firstly, the master double with ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath. His and hers sink area and plenty of storage for your toiletries. Large fitted wardrobes and a safe for your valuables. The second bedroom on this floor is a twin room, again with fitted wardrobes with views over the pools and manicured community garden. The third bedroom on this floor is a further double although can be a further twin room if required. Fitted wardrobes and a lovely view over the gardens and pool. There is a side roof terrace on this floor with a small bistro table with four chairs. The top floor is the large roof terrace with far reaching 360 degree views. A wonderful sun trap which also catches a breeze.. perfect for sun worshippers! There is a large stone charcoal BBQ for pleasant nights and al fresco dining. As a bonus, the property benefits from a large underground garage (accessed through a residents only gate) where you can park and access the house via an internal door, perfect for bringing in the large supermarket shop once parked up! The property is part of a well maintained complex which is secure and largely populated with older couples or young families. It is an easy, flat, quiet 10/15 minute walk into La Cala to the lovely bars, restaurants and of course the beautiful beach! La Cala is a lovely town which has managed to retain its Spanish charm whilst still catering to provide plenty of bars and restaurants for its visitors. There are two major supermarkets within walking distance of the house and you are a 5 minute drive from Fuengirola with its amazing shops and nightlife if you fancy something a bit more lively on a night! It is 20 minutes drive to Marbella and Puerto Banus. You could get away with not having a car if you were happy to get a transfer or taxi to the house from the airport (20 minutes away) as once you are there everything is within walking distance. However if you wanted to see a bit of the area around you then a car is advisable. All in all an excellent family house and could cater for 2 families. There are a number of excellent golf courses on the doorstep so golfers would be very happy here too. Driving range on the doorstep too, less than a minute walk away.
