The Cottage is that rare find - a smaller property but with all the facilities and finish you would normally expect to find in a larger house. It's perfect for a couple to get away and relax. It’s also enjoyed by extended families wanting to rent both properties, with grandparents having their own space in the Cottage but with the rest of the family just across the garden!
This is a beautiful one-bedroom property. There is a large open-plan living and kitchen area with high beamed ceilings and stunning views across the fields towards the village.
The Cottage at Le Texier has a south-facing terrace area and garden with its own heated pool, in a lovely private setting with views across the fields towards Verteillac. There is an en-suite bathroom off the bedroom with a large rain-head show...
